Our Doctors

Dr. Jeremiah Faw

Dr. Jeremiah Faw is from the town of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. He completed his undergraduate degree at Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2011. He then completed his graduate degree at East Carolina University with a Doctor of Dental Medicine, DMD. 
Dr. Faw and his family enjoy living in the Foothills of North Carolina and the many outdoor activites the area provides. When he is not serving his patients, Dr. Faw enjoys playing golf, fishing and hanging out with his two sons and dogs while watching Carolina Panthers football. 

Dr. Gabrielle D’Amato

Dr. Gabrielle D’Amato is excited to begin her dental career serving patients in the Elkin and Dobson communities. Originally born in New Jersey and raised in Salisbury, North Carolina, she is proud to call North Carolina home.

Dr. D’Amato earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from East Carolina University, where she also completed minors in Nutrition and Biology. Before attending dental school, she worked as a dental assistant, an experience that strengthened her passion for dentistry and gave her valuable insight into patient care and the importance of creating a positive dental experience. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine in 2026.

Dr. D’Amato enjoys practicing comprehensive family dentistry and has a special interest in oral surgery. She is passionate about providing personalized, high-quality care to patients of all ages. One of the most rewarding aspects of her career is helping patients who feel anxious about dental treatment become more comfortable and confident. She believes that listening to each patient’s concerns, building trust, and creating a welcoming environment can make all the difference in their dental experience.

Her fiancée, a lifelong Elkin resident, inspired her to put down roots in the Yadkin Valley, and she is honored to serve patients at both the Dobson and Elkin practice locations. Dr. D’Amato looks forward to building lasting relationships with the families in the community while helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. D’Amato enjoys spending time with her fiancée boating, fishing at the lake, and visiting the North Carolina coast. She is also an avid animal lover and shares her home with her dog, Waylon, and two cats, Maverick and Myles.

Dr. D’Amato is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and looks forward to welcoming new patients and their families for years to come.

Our Hygienists

Glenda Elliot

Glenda lives in Wilkes County with her husband Scott. She graduated from GTCC with AAS and Dental Hygiene. She also obtained a BS in human Services at GWU. Glenda has been practicing Hygiene for 35 years and was an assistant prior to hygiene school. She loves Gardening, walking, reading, spending time with grandson, and riding the CanAn Spyder.

Mary Foster

Mary lives in Wilkes County with her husband Larry Foster and also a mother of 2 kids. She Graduated from UHC with a BS in dental hygiene. She has practiced for 35 years here in Elkin. Mary is a member of Old Roaring River Baptist Church. She enjoys hiking and reading during her free time.
